Nicky Ottav is an artist and entertainer originally from Los Angeles, California. After moving to New York to pursue a degree in photography and digital imaging at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Nicky was instantly projected into the spotlight of New York's club scene, after starring in the Bullett documentary 'Clubkid' by rising filmmaker Christian Coppola and hosting parties at the cities most exclusive venues.

After a cameo appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where his tagline “It’s called fashion, look it up” became an internet phenomenon, Nicky infiltrated the fashion world, existing at the intersection of art, design, and nightlife and effectively preserving front-row status at many of the fashion week's most sought after shows.. Known for his cartoonish style and infectious charisma, Nicky has been the focus of events and events for brands including Jeremy Scott, Vfiles, Alexander Wang, Red Bull, and ISLYnyc amongst others.

Having been known primarily as the leader of the second wave of clubkid culture, Nicky now turns his focus back to his original passions - making art that motivates and connecting with his fans and peers like only he can. His debut art show, "Saints of a Different, 2017" depicted fellow downtown darlings as 'saints and aristocrats', coopting the visual languages of dominant culture such as coinage, Biblical imagery, and noble portraiture to dissolve a distinction between 'high' and 'low' culture.

Followed by celebrities and visionaries of all types - from Rihanna to Azealia Banks, Nicola Formichetti, Chloe Grace Moretz, Hailey Clauson, and countless more - Nicky is at the forefront of new-wave culture.
